AMAZON-Q
Amazon Q can work with any model found in Amazon Bedrock, AWS’s repository of AI models, including Llama 2 from Meta and Claude 2 from Anthropic.

AWS also said that Amazon Q was trained based on 17 years of AWS experience, so the chatbot can also be asked questions about the developer company.
Amazon Q is currently only available to users of Amazon Connect, AWS’s contact center service. It will subsequently be available on other services such as Amazon Supply Chain and Amazon QuickSight.
